"Good location. Street outside hotel looked sketchy but once you’re inside hotel, it’s safe. No air conditioning. No tissues in the room. I don’t like check-in process where you have to enter your information in the computer yourself."
"This hotel was around a 20 minute walk from the station and centre but could easily be reached by tram.
Hotel was clean & modern. The room was a little small but plenty big enough for 2 of us for 2 nights.
We had food & drinks and they were reasonably priced for a hotel.
Check in was a little slow due to volume of people but we expected that due to the time. I believe you can check in in advance but we weren't aware before hand.
All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

"The building itself is quite unique. The hotel was nice but the rooms were very dated and the bed was very small (smaller than a queen). There are lots of great restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful."
