"Ideally located just off the M65. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a tea/coffee making facility. Free wi-fi was easily accessible. Pub/restaurant next to the accommodation building had a great selection of beers and a comprehensive menu. Breakfast was served in the pub/restaurant. Great selection from continental to full english."

"Ate in the Grill on the Hill. Attentive staff. Food was good but was expecting a better range and standard. Clean room. Did tend to get too hot. Great location if going to Leeds Airport as an overnight stay before flying. "

"Generally the property needs a bit of a renovation in some respects when you look closely, but to be fair for the price paid it was a good deal. One thing though the Jacuzzi connects to the pool so the water temperature is a bit cool and most surprising of all we were unable to get a meal on the Saturday night. The restaurant was full and no bar food was available ' because the the kitchen was busy'. "

"A canny location for getting out and about and reasonably priced. However the spa facilities it turned aren't included in the price and are in sessions, £20 for 3 hours, which I guess is quite reasonable, however not if you just wanted to have an hour for a quick relax in the hot tub or a swim before going out to tea etc, which was the reason for my booking this hotel. Not did I appreciate the 9am door knocking along every room in the corridor on bank holiday Monday from "housekeeping". The hotel rooms are dated but clean and functional and the bar/restaurant has a modern feel."
