"The welcome was very nice. The nice lady at the recepcionist offered me an upgrade without even asking for it. The room was very comfortable for 2 person and we liked the facilities. The facilities were good and remodeled. Since we were leaving early and did not make breakfast, the hotel prepared us two picnic type breakfast which were acceptable (Would have preferred an egg sandwich)"

"What we loved: The Staff: Absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to look after us. The Vibe: The rooftop eclipse party was so much fun and a total highlight of our trip! Location & Space: Perfectly central, super close to public transport, and a very spacious room and bathroom. The Shower: When working, the combination of the rain and hand shower had incredible pressure! A couple of notes for improvement: The room cleanliness could be dialed up the floors and shower tiles weren't as clean as we'd hope. We had an issue where the water pressure dropped drastically. While the staff did everything humanly possible to help fix it, it did make washing thick hair pretty tricky! A special thanks to the team for accommodating our early check-in and late checkout!"

"Clean, quiet, modern, excellent breakfast, next to good grocery store and near the commuter train station that will get you to the airport or downtown. Only thing was the wifi, which didn't work for some websites."

"Amazing hotel right in the middle of Madrid, walkable to almost everywhere. There’s a cute cafe right next to it & the rooms got cleaned everyday which we loved after a long day outside."

"We loved our stay at Hard Rock in Madrid. KEURIG,I m not getting his name right, but he was the 1st staff member we met and he was outstanding. All of the staff members were so kind and accommodating. .Enjoyed the pool and surroundings. We had dinner every night at Hard Rock. Food was delicious. Truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the coffee. Bought too much at the gift store. Loved it"
