"This flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside Madrid’s city centre, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys peace and calm after a hectic day in busy, fast‑paced Madrid. The facilities are excellent — the flat itself is well equipped and clean, and the building offers great extras such as a gym and a swimming pool (though the pool was closed during my stay). The staff were very helpful throughout, and the area is well connected by public transport. In fact, the bus turned out to be both quicker and cheaper than the metro for getting into the city."

"I liked the professionalism that the staff demonstrated throughout my staying. They accommodated me to an early arrival from NY. I appreciated it. In addition, the location is fine. Easy to navigate from Barajas Airport to Vertice Roomspace: from Terminal 4, take train C-1 to estacion Chamartin, then C-3 train in direction to Aranjuez get off at Estacion San Cristobal Industrial (7 o 8 stops), and walk 5 minutes towards Vertice' Sign."

"I give this hotel 4 stars because the first night our window faced the parking lot and our door was next to staff entrance. We got moved to another room in 2nd floor, and no complaints, all beautiful even the decor was nicer than previous room. The staff was extremely helpful, they make our stay very comfortable but the first night was rough . Definitely, you need a car if you are staying at this hotel."
