Rooms were tiny and outdated. Shower had no pressure and one day was just cold water. There is a walkway beside the building which resonates sounds making it difficult to sleep. Location was good - close to town.
I like everything about the hotel. Max. 20 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre by walk.
The staff is friendly. Breakfast is very good.
I would stay there again.
This is a basic hotel but was fine for our stay. Bunk beds and no kettle/coffee-maker or mini-fridge. Front desk staff are friendly and the breakfast (additional cost) is good. The location turned out to be good, as it's walkable into old Colmar.
Thank you very much for the customer service. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel areas clean.

The hotel was okay considering the price but the rooms were extremely small and a bit worn. The hotel location was how ever very good, close to the old City Center with lots of restaurants and beautiful old architecture.
Perfect location. Easy parking. Fast friendly check-in and straight in to Beautiful town.
This is a very basic hotel but that is not a bad thing if you’re just staying a night. It was clean, the bed was lovely and the shower was good too and that was all l required.
Positive: staff friendly, city center walking distance, breakfast good for the price, cheap parking option nearby.
Negative: room too small for 3 beds, toilet seat broken, toilet flush water overspills on the floor.
Hope you will consider the criticism and improve.

Very basic accommodation. Clean. Very friendly staff. Parking with no height restriction opposite the hotel.
Very small room but the price is right. We had two twin beds and a small bathroom. It was perfect as a place to sleep while exploring the area. Not a real hang out place.

The location was good, the facilities were very basic, but for one night sleep was ok. Very difficult to park near the hotel, but I have found a parking at about 200 meters, that is a bit complicated when you have luggage.
Actually very very good for the price. Great location, AC was very good but made some weird noises that woke me up. No fridge unfortunately. But good shower and bathroom, nice beds, dark room. Pillows could have been better though.
We liked the location of Hotel Primo to the Gare and the Christmas markets. The staff was hospitable and warm. The beds and linens were clean. The breakfast was okay. The downside was the toilet, it was dirty and smelly and definitely needed a good scrubbing, streaks and marks were quite visible which was a total turnoff.

Air con tried to wirk ut as temp was 37° it couldn't chill the room down. Toilet and shiwer too close to one another. Breakfast goid and staff very helpful.
Horrible WiFi. The room was small and perfect for what we needed. A kettle in the room would have been nice but due to horrible WiFi I wouldn't stay here again.

We slept over and that's ok
We did a stop during a trip to Italy, and we only needed a place for sleeping over for the four of us. The hotel being nearby the city center, with a public parking square in front was an additional benefit, because we could just park and walk around. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and crammed with 4 beds (double + bunk beds), a table, tv and airco; one single window looking on the backyard of the hotel, and which was better to keep close, least you wanted to hear the airco's outside.
Personnel was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was right beside the old town where we walked everywhere easily and good restaurants and stores were around.
The main problem was extreme small room which was barely enough space for one person, we’re 2 people in the room! We couldn’t move in our bed at night and tried to spend almost all the day time outside the hotel. If we open our luggage, we couldn’t pass the door! Another big problem was no cold water or ice in the hotel! It’s very inconvenient not to have access to cold water and/or fridge during the summer time for a tourist!
