"Absolutely incredible stay at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda 🤍 From the moment we arrived, everything was just seamless. The resort itself is stunning — peaceful, luxurious, and truly designed to help you switch off. Every detail felt thoughtfully done, and it really felt like they catered to our every need throughout our stay. A special shout out to the bar team — Andrei Jr, Andrei (Bar Manager), Robin and Jack — who made every evening so enjoyable. Their service, attention to detail, and warm energy didn’t go unnoticed and honestly elevated the whole experience. Also a big thank you to all the spa staff, who were always so kind, welcoming and genuinely pleasant to us. You can really feel the level of care and professionalism in everything they do. "Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent! Large selection of savory and sweet with an abundance of food for every appetite and dietary restriction. Only lament (and this is on me for not reading amenities clearly) was the lack of access to an iron onsite. Otherwise excellent! Rooms are clean, minimal but comfortable. Perfect for my needs. "

"The front desk staff were mean. They are not welcoming at all. They seem to have forgotten that they are in the hospitality industry. There was no bell man upon my arrival. Additionally, On my departure when I asked for a bell man it felt like pulling teeth. When they finally agreed to provide the bell man, he only brought my heavy bags and only to the front desk and not closet or into my car. Overall, the customer service was poor"

"A really beautiful hotel just off Lake Iseo. Rooms were lovely and bathrooms were clean with a really powerful shower and great cosmetics. The only negative about our room was that it smelled a bit musty, it could have done with being aired out before out stay"
