Upon arriving to Naples we patiently waited until the 2pm check in time in hopes that the host would provide instructions or reply to calls and VRBO messages. We eventually had to call VRBO for assistance and even when they called the host no one would answer. We were eventually given a refund and had to find other accommodations. "This was a very nice place. Clean and comfortable. It was next to restaurants and a joined the national Museum. We were only there for one night, but I think it would’ve been a good location to be based to see other things in Naples."
