"Staff was nice"

"The AC worked fine, but the bathroom was pretty bad. No toilet paper! No shampoo. Tiny bar of soap. No wash cloth and towels were pretty small. No coffee in the room or lobby. TV was ok, but analog reception was not great. The motel was $30/night cheaper than the next cheapest motel in the area and all I needed was a place to sleep, so I didn't expect much."

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Checked out as soon as we saw our rooms (did not offer new rooms)and have refused to fill out paperwork through Expedia to get our money back. Many rooms had broken out windows, many covered with bed sheets, cigarette burns in bedding, water leak in bathroom from ceiling onto floor, large holes in walls covered with masking tape, smoke alarm missing cover, plus we felt very unsafe in neighborhood. Have reached out numerous times for refund and last time manager...
