Beautifully appointed. 2 Queen beds with fine linens. Queen Sofa bed for extra guests. Living room area with comfortable furniture and a TV. Private bath with large walk in shower. The nicest hotel room in College Station is 250 sq. ft., The Carriage House in 600 sq. ft.! Use of beautiful out door area. Beautifully landscaped. Great for coffee, cocktails and bird watching.

Be advised - there is an additional rental at this location. The back yard may be shared if both are occupied.

Great stay

It was a great property to stay at for a quick weekend trip. If you’re going to be out and about most of your trip, this is a good-sized place to stay.

Perfect stay for game weekend!!

Perfect for a couple or small group- great location, clean and exactly as the pics showed. Hosts were very responsive, check in and check out was easy! We would stay here again - highly recommend!

A great short stay for graduation, perfect little spot. A beautiful studio with a lovely yard/patio and conveniently located by the park.

Great place to stay

The location was great. Nice neighborhood and close to where we needed to be. The pictures for the stay showed a back porch but we were not able to use it unless you stay in the main house. Probably should specify that in the ad. Other than that, the Carriage House was great and affordable. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect place to stay! Large room, 2 comfy beds, 3 indoor sitting areas (2 couches & 1 small table for 4), and a beautiful outdoor sitting area and yard. Very, very clean. Great touches such as coffee maker (with coffee, cups, sugar), full size refridge (with some beverages waiting for us), microwave, and wine glasses. Even had some work out equipment tucked away for use if one desired. Bathroom nice size, although not huge, but large enough (and large, walk-in shower). So, so much better than a hotel room. Totally would recommend it!

Very comfortable accommodations. The beds are in the same room and was fine for our stay. If separate bedrooms are a necessity, this won’t work for you. It is like sharing a hotel room, only much larger and more comfortable. Adequate seating for 4 if watching tv. Folding chairs available if more seating is needed. One thing that was fine with us due to rainy weather during our stay, but needs to be a little more clear. There is a gorgeous, large outdoor space that was described as “shared” since there are two rentals on the property. However, all but a very small portion was roped off for the larger rental’s use. Had the weather been nicer, I would have been dissatisfied not to be able to sit on the lovely deck with a cup of coffee. Maybe I misinterpreted the term “shared space.” It is a great rental and we would definitely stay here again!
