"The standard room sold by Expedia is directly on the highway but customers are sold a tranquil “nature experience.” It is the opposite of a “nature experience”. The hotel should inform customers in advance that the rooms sold by Expedia are on the highway so they know they will hear traffic all night. The reception is as unhelpful and charged me twice. Bad experience. Also paint peeling in the bathtub."

"The hotel is bad need for a makeover. Furniture was right out of the 60's budget store. There was only one electrical outlet and it was at the entrance to the room at floor level. Bed was overly firm. To be fair the washroom looked to be renovated and was good and clean the main entrance facade was modern and inviting but as soon as you entered the lobby you realize that it was downhill from there. Way overpriced for what you get."
