"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"Large and comfortable room with a balcony with a beautiful view of Mount Civetta. This is an old hotel but we were very comfortable. Bathroom is small as with all other mountain hotels we stayed in. Staff is excellent, courteous and ready to assist with any questions. Good breakfast of Italian style with lots of cakes. Dinner was delicious and not expensive. Ancora in fase di ampliamento quindi la struttura non offre servizi aggiuntivi. Il posto leggermente isolato ma molto bello a 8 minuti di macchina da Ortisei. Per muoversi consiglio mezzo proprio.
