Excellent customer service, very clean and quiet rooms. Excellent varieties in breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast is good

The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Bridget from the concierge and Manival the house keeping attendee. Rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout the stay. The gym was good and well maintained. And the breakfast buffet was of a good variety. I enjoyed the stay overall.

Clean room, good breakfast and great staff for service anytime. Over used towels need to be thrown away. Stained towels shouldn’t be washed and given to the guests.

I come here every year. The staff is professional, the restaurant is super, and the price is great for what you get! It’s looking a little old, but overall I’m a big fan.

Very very supportive staff - (Particularly "Venkatesan" ) and they make every effort to meet your needs. Parking is a little hassle - as there are only 15 - 20 parking lots and if you are lucky/earlier, you can park your car with ease. If not, you need to depend on their valet parking though. Of course, be prepared to park your car outside the facility as well if the parking lot is full.

Clean room, great staff, walking to shopping, close to airport and other points of interest like close to money exchange. They and the area do accept international cards.
