Smelled of cigarettes due to cigarette buckets placed outside each unit. Shower had blocked drain. Toilet cub cle and toilet was dirty. Noisy from street traffic.

Perfect overnight stay.

Just an overnighter between Melbourne and Brisbane. Chelsea perfect. Close to food outlets, clean, comfortable (very), friendly staff. Slept well and revived for rest of trip.

Property was fine for an overnight stay and to pull over and spend the night. A little noisy being on the main road but that is expected. Showers were hot, bed comfortable, wifi spasmodic but it was a very wet night but unfortunately, and the reason I marked the place down, there was no milk in the room to make tea and coffee which they had advertised was available in the room and also, even though i had spoken with them before 8pm, I was not advised that breakfast had to be ordered before 8pm and i arrived a few minutes after 8pm! Very disappointing after a long, long day of day of driving.

The room we’ve got is very old and i would say the worst motel we have ever been with in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

The tv was the only thing I liked but all the furnishings were old and falling apart the bathroom was terrible the toilet seat was falling off even the carpet had holes in it.Overall out of 10 minus 10 very disappointed won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Jordan at reception was very helpful. Our room was across the driveway. We were lucky enough to secure the last room. It had everything we wanted, so that we could relax.

This is a very tired circa 60’s motel. The tariff of $188 per night, as it was Valentine’s eve, was truly excessive. The room was clean at least although items were still left in the recycle bin. Noisy plumbing, cracked ancient shower screen and cracked stained tiles in the shower. It needs a simple makeover

Poor AC & no refund for Covid enforced early exit

Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, good location & good WiFi. However the air conditioning did not cool. In a climate like Coffs that is a must. One night I have to get up & rinse off just to be able to sleep. Also a change in Victoria's Covid rules meant we had to hurry away 2 nights early, the hotel would not refund us. This is poor form in my opinion

Receptionist was extremely rude he spent his time complaining yo me how Wotif was ripping him off. The reception was dirty. My room was dirty the carpet looks like it out of a cattle truck. It’s a terrible place to stay really low budget feel. I would never stay there again.
