"The room had horrific smell … furniture ran down…bathroom dirty… paint all over mattress covers…moldy… floors cracked… air filters dirty… nice view I literally had Walmart deliver me cleaning supplies n sheets n shower curtain…I cleaned for 2hrs b4 I enjoyed the room… had to hang comforters outdoors to air out.. stayed extra day to make up for day of check in… I was ok once I went thru n cleaned EVERYTHING "

"The room was not clean. The headboard was sticky. The toilet kept backing up (3 times). No one offered a different room. The rooms are outdated. For over $150 a night, you would think it would be at the very least clean and everything would work"

"The hotel was very nice in itself. The breakfast staff was very nice and cordial although could have been a bit more stocked . The room was very comfortable but needed to get some bathroom items . Parking was safe & lit up at night. "

"The room location was perfect. The room did smell like it had been freshly painted. Would have liked a notice. The restaurant was only open on Saturday and Sunday with limited hours. I wish I had known that as we picked this hotel because it had a restaurant inside"

"Beautiful view of the beach and Ocean. We were told we have one of the "penthouse" units, but it was an average unit with the exception of a 75-inch TV. The room was dated but clean. Great location on the boardwalk on 10th street. Jacuzzi tub that was not clean, so we never used it. "

"Room was well appointed. Had newly renovated everything. The bones of this building are older, but everything is very nice."

"Staff was great, we arrived in the area early and were allowed to check in, front desk was extremely friendly. This was a spacious and clean room. The view was better than described almost a full view of the ocean. The only slight complaint is that the bathroom in this room was tight but overall and 9 outta 10 and I would def recommend. And we didnt eat a whole meal in the resteruant but did get pasties and they were delicious! "

"Hotel is nice enough; just a wee bit of peeling paint near the air vent & had to shove napkins under rails outside to kill the squeaks. Also needed a replacement room safe, but they were on it. Brekkie was a hot mess. First day great, not busy. Part of seating area closed off, no big deal. Lotta people next two days: empty food trays, outta tables, outta plates. They tried, but not quite at par for $200 per night off season. Maybe a fluke, but I’ll stay at my event hotel next time. "
