"Mr. Flores, our gracious host greeted us on arrival and for us comfy in our room with orientation of hotel and area. Lots of upgrades since our last visit, with big, private bathroom, comfy bed, A/C, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and small deck looking out to Caribbean Sea. Close to all Dangriga services. We had a Wonderful stay and will definitely come back."

"Our group of two couples spent a week in a villa on the beach side of the Umaya Resort and absolutely loved it. The unit was nicely appointed and truthfully feet away from the Caribbean Sea. Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. The rooftop restaurant has great views and tasty food. Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with.
