"Fantastic hotel, very centrally located within walking distance to the shops and parks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite which is very comfortable and clean. The shower is amazing and there is a tv with Netflix. Also the breakfast is very good with hot and cold food available. We loved the fact that there was a car park included which is brilliant if you are driving. We definitely would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Carlisle or other surrounding areas. "

"Lovely quiet courtyard room - 309 - would request again for the peaceful location. We have stayed in a lake view room in the past and would pick the courtyard over it, as it means you aren’t on the main road. All the staff are friendly and helpful, from check-in, to spa, to restaurant. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were lovely and professional. There was a good selection at breakfast, with continental and cooked. Our only disappointment was that we weren’t in the main restaurant for dinner but a side dining room which lacked atmosphere and personality. Apart from this our stay was very enjoyable. "
