"The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe."

"Man where to start. I booked 2 nights because there was no hotels available now i know why there was rooms. The parking lot has creators literally. The shower doesnt work. They had electricity problems the rooms have a door being blocked with a cushion. These managers/owners are penny pinchers. Never staying here again. I went ahead and asked for a refund because no shower is ridiculous after a long day at work."

"I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here."
