When we first arrived, the water ran brown briefly when turned on, and we did notice some ants in one of the bedrooms—both of which may have been related to the storm in the area at the time. Cleanliness was overall good, though we found some pet hair on the floors and a bit of dust/cobwebs on the furniture, which is why we rated it a 4.
