The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable; and the lobby was decorated beautifully with the warmth of Christmas.

WoodSpring Suites Knoxville West
Nice big tv. A bit noisy from the busy street but not too bad later at night. Surprised by the efficient kitchen. Clean and well appointed. Overall a nice place to stay.

Log Cabin, walk to Cades Cove and just minutes from Gatlinburg with a view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin as it is quiet and peaceful and away from the busy side of the smokies!
