Magnificent View, In the woods! By Lodge & Golf course! Just Remodeled ceiling!
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our month long stay at this cozy cabin. Hosts were quite attentive but we didn't really have any problems. Enjoyed my coffee on the large deck overlooking the golf fairway every morning. We were also entertained by golfers trying to play through the elk and deer as well as hit over that pesky water hazard. Easy walk to the village for a US (66 and 69). Also, a great pickleball community here. We hit the courts 3 or 4 times a week. Definitely would stay again."
Beautiful Cloudcroft Getaway cabin on National Forest & biking/hiking trails
10/10 Excellent
"This Cabin was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Bed in primary room is firm - which was wonderful. The guest bedroom bed was a bit soft for an adult but fine for kids. The location proximity to town was a great benny and of course - backing up to Lincoln National Forest was amazing. The homes next door are actually quite close - but if you position yourself on the back porch right - they seem to disappear. It was very quiet and we did see lots of animals. We put out the humming bird feeder and bought a seed block to hang and it brought quite the show. People do walk a path in the park - do don’t be alarmed if you see folks at times. The neighbor does have 4 large dogs - but they are very respectful and bring them around if they bark. The little “fenced” in area was actually quite nice and perfect for our little fuzzy. It also gave a sense of a barrier when the deer and elk came in close. Our main complaint and really only complaint about the house was the windows and fans. With no air conditioning - air flow is key - especially with how hot this summer has been. But almost half the windows had no springs so they had to be propped up with things and they are extremely heavy - and they were filled with dead bugs. The only really dirty thing there. Window fans or standing fans would really help. Also adding screens or screen doors to the doors would also really help. We couldn’t keep the back door open because yellow jackets kept coming in."
