"Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed."

"The shower is as stated on another review. it is warm but I was there on one of the hottest weeks so it was perfect. If you plan on cooking and have leftovers, bring some disposable tupperware or ziploc bags, bottled water and ice.We also hung fly strips outside so that they didn't enter the home. We enjoyed it."

"The Suites were nice and clean. They were as advertised. The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. "

"Excellent property and excellent communication with Steve. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book with him again."

"The room was great, the red head with glasses at the desk was terrible though."

"We were thankful for a dog friendly home that had a fenced in backyard. After a week of traveling our dogs loved it."

"The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!"

"The house was clean and quiet and worked well for us getting together with friends. We enjoyed the walkability to the village and the short drive to other events."

"The property was beyond our expectations. The photos actually don’t do it justice. Very clean and well-equipped. Great central location for our events. Host Steve was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kudos to Steve!"

"Great stay! Accurate description, very clean and host is very responsive"

"This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, cozy, updated, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect being so close to the Maquoketa Caves and everything downtown. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and amenities there were spectacular, and everything was easy to use. It was a fantastic spot to stay and my children were sad that we only came for one night - they said they’d love to live there."
