"I’ve stayed at this property many times, first time I was dissatisfied. My prepaid room was not as advertised. I paid for king size it was a queen size. I asked front desk to change room guest desk clerk said yes I could change to double beds next day. When inquired about it next morning another desk clerk said I couldn’t unless I book another reservation at a higher rate. This was not accommodating for a Hilton gold member. Shelf missing in shower, had to put personal shower supplies on the floor No sheer curtains behind drapes, one of drape pulley broken. Room very dark Room 613 should not have been rented at full price. Upgrades is needed"

"The room was great, however the fie alarm was going off at 10 pm. Till around 11pm. Also they do not accept cash payment for anything!! Not as good of an experienced as it used to be"

"A beautiful and well kept property with a very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was of good quality even though selection was small because we were there on a Sunday night/ Monday and there were very few guests in the building."

"I recently spent the weekend at this resort, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making every guest's stay enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a stress-free getaway. The grounds were stunning, and there were plenty of amenities and activities available without feeling overcrowded or hectic. One of the highlights was the overall experience—whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the dining options, or simply taking in the scenery, everything felt well-organized and high quality. The attention to detail throughout the resort really stood out. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a memorable weekend away, I would highly recommend this resort. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit."

"Checked in late evening (roughly 11pm) and departed before 7am. Turned in the keys at the front desk. About 7:15, a friendly worker called to see if we meant to return the keys, as we had a second night booked. We hadn't realized, but did mean to turn them in. She said she would leave a message for a manager to follow up with us about cancelling the second night. No one did, so I reached back out. I received a message saying the manager declined a refund. I sent further inquiry and received no response. Disappointing customer service, especially considering the very short stay. The property was clean, somewhat rundown, and under construction in parts. Given the managerial service, I would not recommend, as they seem unlikely to respond kindly to any issues that may arise during your stay."
