"The room and hotel staff were great. We shuttled to and from the airport with no wait. The drivers were courteous and helpful putting our luggage in and out of the vehicle. The restaurant staff, however, needs improvement. Breakfast service was slow but polite. The food was good. We came down for dinner and there were two waitresses. One was taking orders out and waiting on tables while the other one was behind the counter and did not move. She kept telling us she would be with us shortly but was more concerned about drying glassware and wiping down the bar instead of sitting us. We waited 12 minutes, watching her behind the counter finding other things to do than seat us. We finally left and drove to another restaurant."
