"Breakfast included an alternating choice of omelets as well as sausage (sometimes with a turkey sausage option), cubed home fried potatoes, sausage gravy (and biscuits if they hadn't run out), various breads and muffins, cereals, and a pancake machine. Staff frequently checked and refilled offerings. When checking in, I was offered the chance to display a tag for no maid service in exchange for extra points. I put it up for the first day since I hadn't had a chance to mess things up that soon. I took down the sign my second day but used the "I'm not ready yet" tag until I went out by 9:00 a.m. No one came and changed my towels that day, nor any other. I took my trash to a can in the lobby a couple of times. Was I supposed to call to restart room cleaning? There were numerous restaurants and shops nearby where I might have walked if it hadn't been raining."
