"My room was not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty. Trim around the doors in the bathroom was falling off, exposed nails and screws. Stains on the bed. Woke up to ants crawling across my shoes in the morning. Place was filthy. I got in late at night and didn’t notice anything until the morning."

"It’s one thing to have a shared bathrooms. It’s another thing to have shared bathrooms that are absolutely gross. The floors were muddy. The showers covered in mold. I complained to the host Kim and asked for a bathroom cleaning. I got no response and the bathrooms looked the same the next day. I hope the health department is reading this message."

"The air conditioning unit only cooled a little bit cooler than the outside temperature. It was more like a fan moving the air around. The complimentary breakfast was coffee, orange juice, 1 kind of super sugary cereal, individually wrapped slices of bread you could toast, and mandarine oranges. The pictures you see on the internet show a swimming pool and hot tub....neither of these exist! Also the pictures of rooms look nothing like our room which was not clean!! We'll never go back!!!!!"
