Cozy Loft

  • This is the unit on the third floor of a townhouse. There are 3 units in the house. Each unit has it's own private entrance and it's own living space.
    The space
    This unit provides a quiet, comfortable living space with one bedroom, that includes a desk for a workspace. A stylish bathroom, kitchenette, washer and drye in unit. Plus, 2 window AC, whole space heater, ceiling fans, hot plate, microwave toaster oven, air fryer, coffee maker and all utensils

    Back yard, front yard and porch.

    Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with the code; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

Close to every thing. Cleveland Clinic Main Hospital 6 minutes away. Private residence. Nice neighborhood . Real close parking. Owner very good communication. Just a great place to stay.

It was really nice. It has a large kitchen with a dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. It has everything: table, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, stuffed animals, etc. It's a 15 minute walk from the station, so if you're coming from downtown, you'll probably have to use Uber at night. It was difficult to check in. A man in the neighborhood helped me. There are double doors on the right side of the house, the outside is a glass door with white frame. When you open it, you can enter the password on the door inside. Open it with the password you received and go up to the second floor, there is another door. Open it again with the password and go up to the third floor.

Wonderful attic apartment equipped with everything that you need for a short term stay. Great location near shopping, restaurants, and local hospitals. Less than 10 minutes from Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Very responsive manager with great communication. Would highly recommend to anyone.
