"This is an excellent modern apartment hotel very well located in Clermont-Ferrand near the center (Place de Jaude). The front desk was warm and efficient. Breakfast was decent (please supply more veggies and fruit!) with excellent coffee. Ask for a 5th or 6th floor room - great views. Very good price for what we got. "

"We spent a week here. At first there was a problem with the a/c, but the staff changed our rooms so that was fine. The hotel offers breakfast but has no bar or restaurant, and no kettle/coffee-maker or fridge in the room. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, but the desk is mot manned 24 hours. Location is great---just off Place Jaude and very close to many eating places. "
