"The bed took up most of the usable space in the room. Toiletries were minimal but adequate. Mini-fridge and microwave functional though microwave a trifle dodgy. No place to sit down except on the bed. Older property refurbished and fairly clean. For the solo (and definitely solo) traveller who wants to save money, this is a good but minimal choice."

"Clean and convenient. Fireplace in the room was a nice touch even though we didn’t use it since it’s summer. Whirlpool tub doesn’t work but we didn’t rent the room because of it so it didn’t matter. Will definitely stay again."

"This lake house was clean and comfortable. There were 6 adults and two teens who stayed and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. This was a for a family getaway reunion. The owners were very understanding when we called them to tell them we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house! They responded very quickly and provided the help we needed.The kayaks were a great plus. They have about every amenity you need. The kitchen is gorgeous and updated with everything you would need. The home is decorated in a very inviting and pleasant way. Great atmosphere. Convenient location and a beautiful lake view.We rate it "over the top". -The Wilders"

"The room was spacious, could have been a tad cleaner (particularly the bathroom). Main concern was the air conditioning unit - a child could easily have stuck fingers through where the buttons were. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast quite basic."
