8/10 Good

"The rooms and property were clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking but you did need to pay $7.00 a day to park in the lot. We ordered pizza for room service it wasn't the greatest but we were hungry so it fed us. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so I can't comment on the food or breakfast there. Hotel is close to alot of hiking trails, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Downtown Golden that has alot of shops and restaurants with live music and the sweet little town of Morrison...one of my favorites. You can take a little drive into Estes Park for some ATV riding through mountain trails or more shopping and restaurants. So the hotel is a good central spot that isn't expensive."

"Worst service I have ever had. Keys never worked, constantly locked out of my room. Desk clerk would not let me in to get my things despite multiple identifications. Missed my concert because I had to get police involved. Customer service absolutely terrible!!!"

"Our impression entering the hotel was clean and modern. However, it ended there. The elevator was beat-up. The hallways were clean and fresh, but you can see exposed pipes and peeling walls. Entering the room, it was also clean, but the same outdated and patched walls. No fan/blower in the bathroom. Low shower pressure but lots of pressure from the sink. No microwave was a bummer. The bed was soft, clean, and nice and cushy. I like how they provided two luggage racks. There was no free continental Breakfast. But the staff did help my son warmup up his leftovers, bison sandwich from the day before. There was no pool, out of service for renovation. I wish they let us know that during the booking. Otherwise, it was a convenient location near the RTD station."

"Our reserved room was not available. The night manager was quick to provide an alternate. He was accommodating. Our room was dirty, bed unmade, stains, bedding was stained. We had to change our own sheets etc. at midnight. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, toast, and hardboiled eggs. Not impressed. For a non smoking hotel we smell Marijuana smoke all night. ...yuk."
