"I had booked this hotel because it advertised having a fitness facility. Also for location. When attempting to get off I75 at the right exit I discovered the exit closed and had to tack on 10 mins to my very long drive I felt the hotel staff, knowing that exit was closed due to construction, could have sent a notification to anyone arriving during that closure to save the hassle of driving further north and having to come back south to get to the hotel. "The room was awful. It appeared to have been flooded, but they didn’t replace the wood laminate flooring which was swollen and popping up and still damp. The room stunk."
