"The over night clerk was very ignorant. Apparently my tv was too loud and the front desk came and kicked on my door. Then apparently the guy in room that was cleaning started beating my door down. Then got in my face and told me to turn my tv down. I am a heavy sleeper and was watching movies on Netflix and TV was not that loud as I could not hear out my door or in the bathroom with the door closed. The front desk guy when I went up to complain he said it was between me and the other guest it was non of his business asked me if I want another room. So why did he not offer the other room to the guest next door complaining. Then when I asked his name he grab his name tag and pushed it towards in a manner as he didn’t GAF. First time ever having an issue and was handle very poorly. "

"The Hilton was working on renovating their hotel. So the lobby was gutted. Check in was not difficult, but getting to our room was a bit out of the way. We are sure that the hotel will look grand when its all done. "

"Booked King room thru Expedia, was given a 2 queen.The hotel said the only king room on the property was booked for next 3 yrs.Also, there was constant noise from floor above from 2 AM till 6 AM.At times sounded like a basketball game in the room above,furniture dragging around.Was offered a possible discount but haven't heard back."

Great for kids, with attractions like the zoo, kids’ park, indoor swimming pool, arcade games, and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The Skyline Buffet is excellent, and the Lakeview Cantina is a must-visit with live music, outdoor seating, and cozy fireplaces overlooking the lake. The rooms may have a traditional style, but they are clean, comfortable, and comparatively spacious. Most rooms also come with a deck offering beautiful mountain views. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway destination for families with toddlers and pets."

"Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,"
