"Stayed at this hotel whenever in London.New owners now call it STG. First dont go before 2.15 on the dot they will not be flexible as previously. Only one pillow and the flimsiest duvet. The matress was dated 2011 and left me with a bad back. They send you a txt after check in any requests for me that was another pillow which was totally ignored so had to ask next morning. Room was not cleaned or bed made during our stay the reply to this was they only do them every fohrth day !!!. No tea making...
