"Very disappointing experience From Sep 24-28th, my sister and I stayed at Royal Harbour Resort and encountered problems from the start. The microwave in our room did not work, so staff eventually brought one from another room. The next day, after returning from the pool, we found that the shower water was rusty-brown with visible black particles. The front desk told us to let it run, but after 15 minutes, it had not cleared. We were then told a manager would follow up, but after waiting about...

"Rooms were great"

"Kitchen is spacious and has all the utilities you need to cook and have a nice dinner home. They have salt and pepper. They have board games, tennis rackets and balls to play tennis right outside. We were able to watch Netflix. Very clean place with a nice mountain view. This place is great for couples to have a nice escape to relax and enjoy what blue mountain has to offer."

"Nice location, cozy place."

"Carpets was dirty. Tub was a jacuzzi tub but the jet was disgusting, dirty. Good thing there was a shower. The mattress had stains on it. The bathroom fan is dirty and dusty. So it’s not pull out the stream from the shower. Patio window has dirt or mould on the vinyl This place needs a good cleaning. Hotel’s rooms are cleaner than this place. Disappointing!!!! ."

"We had a lovely stay at this cozy little unit in Blue Mountain. The space was clean, comfortable, and a great size for two people. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient, making our arrival hassle-free. The location was also great, just a 5–10 minute drive to the village. The only downside was the noise from the unit above. We could hear children running around, screaming, and crying, which was quite disruptive at times and made it difficult to fully relax. Overall, it was a nice...

"Very clean room perfect size for me and my wife and great location"

"Everything is nice"

"The property was great because it had 2 nice bathrooms. I was very disappointed that the patio was very worn and had no chairs so we couldn’t sit outside at night."

"Very clean and beautiful spot. It is right on the mountain which is awesome and so nice to have a kitchen in the unit. The only downside is that it is very expensive even mid week during an off season time for a fairly small unit. I've stayed in one at the same location that is larger for the same price. If you are ok with the price for the size though, it is a great spot!"

"Inside the unit everything was great. It was clean and well appointed with a well equipped kitchen. The outside deck area is moldy and needs some tlc. The unit we stayed in faced trees and was very quiet, but a bit dark. All in all, it was a pleasant place to stay for a few days to explore the area."

"This property was perfect for a stay in Meaford. It was well layed out and we appreciated it's location downtown."

"My son and I loved this place to stay"

"Stayed here with my wife for our anniversay, we've stayed at Blue Mountains a few times and this has to be the best and most comfortable stay we have ever had."

"The area is very close to a quiet stretch of Georgian Bay. A five minute walk in fact. The Scandinave Spa is a six minute drive and Blue Mountain Village is six or seven minutes by car as well. Communication with owners timely and positive. "
