"Overall, this resort is absolutely gorgeous and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway! The beautiful beach right on the property was definitely a highlight, the food was delicious, and the staff and everyone we encountered were welcoming and pleasant. There was so much to appreciate about our stay, and the positives certainly outweighed the few disappointments.
One thing that could have made the experience even better was having access to all the advertised amenities. Unfortunately, several areas were blocked off due to a concert, which was disappointing because this was not mentioned in the advertisement or communicated beforehand.
I also expected a little more evening entertainment, especially at an adults-only resort. Once the bar closed, there really wasn't much else to enjoy. Additionally, having the pool close at 6 PM seemed a bit early for an adults-only property. Extended pool hours would have been a wonderful addition to the experience.
Room service was another convenience that I appreciated! However, the menu could definitely use a little switch-a-roo! 😂 The same selections were offered daily, so a bit more variety would make this service even more enjoyable.
With all that being said, the beautiful surroundings, amazing beach, delicious food, and wonderful hospitality truly made this vacation worthwhile. These are simply a few suggestions that could take an already beautiful resort experience to the next level.
