Der Vermieter hat uns versucht direkt zu helfen, als wir etwas brauchten.Die Küche hat einen grossen Kühlschrank , aber leider kann man nichts in die Schränke Reinräumen, da sie alle nach Schimmel riechen. Auch die anderen Schränke waren nicht zu benutzen, da es nur Platz zum Hängen gab aber keine Bügel, sodass wir alles in Koffern auf dem Boden lassen mussten.Der angebliche private Strand ist ein kleiner Strand wo Boote und...

"This is really 2 bedrooms and a hallway with access to a basic open kitchenette. Hot water and AC are good and access to beach around the corner is very convenient. Ok accommodations for a night or 2 but def not a "villa" experience. (Take your own towels). Greeter was helpful and pleasant"

"Apartment was super clean and all nice. We had to request blankets as none were provided. A bottle opener would have been useful and a bit more loo roll. Netflix, Prime etc were not working which was a bit annoying. Local area was quite noisy at night. Setting was beautiful though, could not fault it, and location very good. Apartment well furnished and Sandcastles Resort was for me the best in the area. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Don't stay here. First you will find the apartment is not owned by the hotel. It is privately owned and has separate rules not listed. We waited 5 hours for the host to show up before giving up and leaving. Expedia refused to refund $ we paid even though the host never showed up to let us in. A housekeeper finally did arrive and tried to charge us double the listed price for the deposit to let us in, Perhaps when pigs fly..."

"Property was clean, the property manager and Donna were very helpful and communicative, regardless of when we called they responded quickly and were both very helpful with our requests. The location is close to activities such as mystic mountain and dunns river. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Location is ideal and always felt safe in the area. "

"Very new, well kept place to stay outside of Ocho Rios. Very nice pool and tennis courts as well. Highly recommend for a family of 6. "
