"Hotel can use an update. Pool area needs some concrete patch work, service was extremely slow, personnel needs customer service training. From reception to servers and bartenders. Food was good when they got your order right. Breakfast included is not worth the money, very limited on the options included. Best to order à la carte."

"This is an amazing property in the heart of Loreto. You can't get any closer to town and the Malecon at the same time and have the space of this home. All bedrooms are about the same (Casita bedroom a little bigger). They had really nice towels, 2 pool lounge chairs, some other chairs to sit in, bar stools outside, a grill (we made really good tacos), and the kitchens had most everything we needed. Pool was nice and we enjoyed just relaxing poolside. Beds were comfy. good showers. The casita living room furniture was comfortable (we almost never sat inside). The property manager responded so quickly to anything we needed and the hosts were great. Couple things would be helpful: a pool net so we could do a quick sweep. Pool floats. Some plastic containers to put food in (tupperware style). We will definitely stay again! "
