Housekeeping deserves a special shout-out… they were SO quick and efficient it felt like ninjas snuck in and made everything spotless. "If you want peace and serenity, this is the spot! Amazing views, super quiet, nothing but sounds of nature! Our host Eric is a very friendly person and went out of his way for us and took us to a local waterfall that’s only know to the locals and we had an excellent day. "When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. At the end of the trip we were also able to get reception to call us a taxi within 5 minutes of needing it. It was a lovely hotel with friendly staff too. "
