"Great location, spacious and super comfy bed, loved having an opening window but also double windows to block out the noise when closed. Staff were fabulous. Hotel is quite bit dated and bathrooms are tired but very functional and as I said, you can't beat the location!"

"The hotel was in a great position for bars, restaurants and places of interest. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and very clean and tidy. The bar and restaurant were lovely with good value food and drink. All in all a great hotel to stay for 3 nights."

"Surprised to find a 5* hotel did not include breakfast. Difficult to stay asleep because the only bed-covering was a very thick doona which could not be replaced by a thinner blanket as none was provided and there was no top sheet. Credit card surcharge was exorbitant. Major renovations in progress, but no notification or rebate. Room provisions were inadequate (tissues, sanitary pad disposal bags). Not what one would expect of an entity that trades on excellence."

"I stayed for 4 nights. It would have been good to have a clean teatowel part way through, a dish drainer and a scrubber for tea stains on the mugs etc. One of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom was very hard to open and close. Staff were very helpful and it was good to have a laundry. A fee was charged after check out and I would appreciate what it was for."

"clean room and comfortable bed. checkin was quick and easy, staff friendly and accommodating. good underground secure parking. although I did have an issue with the window curtain falling off its holding track, other than that it was a good stay and I will be returning to stay again in the future. "On first sight, the room looked of 5 star quality, with good amenities in the room, bathroom and storage area. However, the carpet is in very serious need of a good deep clean and was rather unsavoury to both look at and walk on. "
