"The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building...

"We were greeted by wonderful gentleman named Leonardo who made our check in and out smooth and easy. Listing is as described if not better imo. The breakfast from the ranch is a must have. The ladies in the kitchen have top notch service. We would stay again if in the area 100%"

"The road was a little challenging but once we drove it once and got to the property it was all worth it. The host Jorge was awesome. He went out of his was to make our stay wonderful and gave is some great recommendations. We enjoy our hike, pool with a slide and hot tub on the property. And they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. "This host did not communicate anything!! There was no message at any time after reserving this rental to touch bases. No information about where the property is or how to access the property. They also did not respond to VRBO representatives. My family and I were left trying to find a suitable place to stay at the absolute last minute (after check in time) and it was during the holiday season so EVERYTHING was booked. We ended up staying in an undesirable tiny room. "

We sent a message letting them know we had just landed (first time Costa Rica visitors) and instantly got back a message saying our booking was cancelled and refunded.
