The hotel looks old. Bathtub has a broken faucet that is terribly hard to turn off. No fridge in the room. The room is clean and they kept windows open whenever they can so the air is fresh inside. Parking is hard to find especially during the weekend.

The facility was great, the staff took great care of us. The food at Latitude 65 was amazing! Only thing keeping it from being a 5 for us was not seeing the Northern Lights.... the whole purpose for our visit. Staff was very responsive.
