"Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. They organized a private car to take us to and from an event we were attending and made sure we got back safely. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful our entire stay. The views and surrounding nature is gorgeous and the food and amenities were fantastic."

"Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to take care of us. The breakfast menu was great! Lots of local fruits, juices, freshly prepared eggs to order, and Colombian cuisine from soup, cheeses, breads, rice with either chicken or sausage-something for everyone. In main lobby, there was a well-stocked bar as well as a coffee, pastry, and gelato bar."

"You will love this hotel's excellent staff, pristine rooms, beautiful immersion in nature, great pool and spa, and excellent restaurant food, though keep in mind there is a steep uphill walk to the restaurant area which may be challenging for certain guests. Overall, this is a grat place to stay if you love nature and are planning to visit Cocora Valley, Salento and Filandia."

"Our stay in Armenia, Colombia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very firm, the way I like it, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and enjoying the surrounding scenery made the experience even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia, Colombia—you won't be disappointed!"

"Centrally located in downtown with plenty of options to eat or shop nearby. It was an easy check in and checkout process despite my last minute booking due to a canceled flight. Would recommend to solo travelers. Felt very safe."

"Highly recommend! This is a nice little boutique hotel in a very nice centralized area, close to many things and easily accessible. The room was very nice, nice big bed, good size balcony with a view of the street and city. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was perfect. ONLY issues were that the bathroom is small, if I did not turn sideways my shoulders hit the doorframe lol. There is also a bit of noise from the restaurant upstairs and outside from the street and a bar and karaoke bar. This noise usually died down as the evening went on but just to be aware that it is not perfectly quiet all the time."
