"Location of hotel…..most things are close by such as the cultural museum, bandros trolley (love this!) shopping etc etc Breakfast variety was awesome. And was so happy that there’s a barista for coffee. Staff at Momo Cafe was very helpful..shout out to Den Rohman who introduced us to “bandrek” …he even prepared us a sugarless version.

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS. The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis. PVJ is also in walkable distance of you need some refreshing. "

"Friendly customer service. Nice breakfast. Worth the money to spend. Will return "

"the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. Breakfast is okay, not fantastic but also not too bad. the staff are really the highlight, from receptionisth to car park security, everyone is polite and helpful!"

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "
