"Il Borghetto is a renovated house in the little village of Castelnuovo dell'Abate, one of the medieval hilltop villages in the UNESCO world heritage-listed Val D'Orcia. "Stunning village. 1st floor unit was a little awkward getting to with suitcases. Hot water for the shower- cold quickly.Sufficient for one person. Also, very small. Space between bidet and toilet, very tight. Dishes were not clean. Facilities on offer were good."

Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...
