"Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator."

"The room was very outdated. It was very hard to find the light switches in the room. There was no complimentary water in the room, however when I did go to the lobby to ask for water, all of them were room temperature."

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."

"The property was great. The location is in a prime spot. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There is plenty of character to both the house and the neighborhood. The view of the city is impressive."
