The property was about a 5 minute walk from Red River Ski area which was great!! Very convenient to the town, we could walk everywhere. Loved the hot tub! Folks were friendly, but as we were visiting after the summer season was over, we missed some of our expected plans because not everything was open. We will plan our visit next time a little sooner . Not anyone's fault, just the normal scheduling
