"Don’t judge a motel by its parking lot. If you do, you will miss a comfortable room in a property that is undergoing restoration. The management is friendly— greeting travelers with offers on in-lobby free snacks and beverages. The management has seen to it that the rooms are clean and accessible with secure door locks. Outside, due to the desert heat, some ground maintenance occurs after dark. There might be noise. Inside the room is a comfortable bed, desk, working flat screen tv with satellite signals. The pool/hot tub are drained and closed, but other Blythe motels have drained pools too."
