Large chalet with panoramic views

  • Welcome to the charming holiday home in Churwalden, quietly located and yet excellently accessible - the perfect retreat for families and active holidaymakers.



    The lovingly furnished house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people with a living area of 130 m2 and a large garden. 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC are available. The large terrace invites you to linger with a magnificent view of the nearby ski and hiking areas and dreamlike sunsets.



    The house has a large living and dining area with a spacious dining table and a fireplace where you can make a cosy fire. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

    Additional equipment includes WiFi, TV and an additional TV room, fondue set and raclette set. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer.



    The cable cars of Churwalden, with direct access to the ski, hiking and bike paradise of Lenzerheide/Arosa and the Pradaschier toboggan run can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, by bike and car in 5 minutes.

    A parking space is available directly at the house, and other vehicles can be parked in the public parking spaces in the town.

Tolles Ferienhaus nahe Lenzerheide

Das Ferienhaus ist alleinstehend und am Rande von Churwalden. Es ist gut eingerichtet und bietet genug Stauraum. Eine gewisse Grundausstattung fehlte uns (bspw. Backpapier). Man muss auch selber Handseife und die lokalen Abfallsäcke besorgen. WC-Papier hatte es gerade so knapp.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz und ist nahe an der Piste. Auch war der Service super. Nadja du bisch super!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Im Haus hat es ein paar Gesellschaftspiele und auch Stifte zum zeichnen. Leider ist die Wiese ums Haus sehr steil, die Kinder hatten keine Möglichkeit zum draussen spielen. Dafür ist die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön und es war immer wieder ein Eichhörnchen unterwegs in der Umgebung.

Erholung pur mit mega Aussicht und alles was eine Hütte braucht.

Die Einrichtung, heimelig. War alles da, was gebraucht wird und die Hütte ist gut isoliert. Die 24Std.Tage auf 48Std. erhöhen, denn die Zeit ist im Nu vorbei gegangen. Wo ist diese geblieben?
