"When I checked in, breakfast was included. I was advised then that parking was not included. Do most visitors really walk to the hotel or do they bring a car? The receptionist did advise that breakfast was included…. However I was charged for it. I’m checkout, yep, there was a charge and the receptionist advised she would revere the charge. Surprise, it was not reversed….And the hot tub was not working properly. The pump for the hot tub was not working and there was no button to make it work."

"Hot water was an issue. Lukewarm at best and a few times no hot water. The elevator was dlow and the other elevator was broken."

"The rooms are renovated. They have no carpet on the floors now. So when your searching for a great room or place to stay you expect things to look the same as what your looking at. So I think you should show the rooms as they are. Overall it was a good place to stay. But for house keeping they need to announce their selves when at the door or coming inside a room. I order a set of towels and wash clothes. They knocked on the door lightly and placed the towels on the door handle. And before that they open the door with the locking handle on the door and could not get in while we was in the room but left the door open and did not shut the door all the way. ANNOUNCE YOURSELF.."

"Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again."

"The hotel was completely run down and the rooms were in poor condition. The rooms looked under construction and the bathroom walls were filled with mold. The bathtubs were all peeled, unacceptable. For it to also be a non smoking room it reeked of smoke. I politely went to the front desk to switch out the room and the receptionist took me to 2 other rooms and it got worst. The owner must do better because this is not a good representation of the Laquinta brand. They should not be asking for a deposit, instead they need to pay the customers a deposit to stay there. Just shut it down. It gives shelter or rehab facility. Just being honest. Don’t stay here!!! We checked in and checked right tf out !!!!"
