"I didn't get the room I paid for. I tried to settle it with the ck in lady but she said this is what I got. I Clearly had it on my phone that I had a bay view towards the city. I was put on the back side facing the harbor. That was not what I paid for. My wife said the veil was fine so we just accepted it. Probably stay somewhere else the next time."

"Me gusto' su patio con sus palmeras, su locacion y el tamaño de la habitacion. Tambien, me gusto' la amabilidad de la recepcionista que me hizo el check out. No me gusto la actitud de la recepcionista que me hizo el check in. Al recervar con anticipacion mande' mensaje pidiendo la habitacion en el primer piso por ser una persona discapacitada y este hotel no tiene elevador, ademas soy mayor de 65 años. Sin embargo, esta recepcionista me dio' habitacion en el 2do piso, aun sabiendo que yo no podia subir escaleras. Eran las 3 PM, por lo que era la primera persona en hacer el check in ese dia. Ella me dijo que el hotel estaba lleno y que era la unica habitacion disponible. Yo le reclame' ya que habia mandado el mensaje con anterioridad haciendoles saber mi incapacidad, por lo que esperaba me cumplieran mi peticion. y ni modo acepte' pero le dije que alguien necesitaba cargarme al segundo piso ya que mi esposo tiene 73 años y no podia hacerlo. Despues de revisar nuevamente su computadora me dijo que si habia una habitacion pero que tenia 2 camas queen y no king como la que habia recervado por lo cual tenia que pagar mas dinero. No acepte' y me quede' alli sin moverme del mostrador. Entonces de mala gana, me dio' la habitacion con cama king como la habia recervado en el primer piso, ya que si estaba disponible, nada mas que no me la queria dar. :-("

"It’s not fancy but very good in my opinion. Price is right! Location was about 15/20 min from beaches by car. It was clean, beds were comfortable. It has a pool and hot tub. And parking is safe. Breakfast was simple but a bonus. Very nice staff. And gym!"
