Our pleasant apartment was very clean and well equipped, and extremely quiet. Staff were very friendly. Only 10 min walk to the central city made it very accessible to everything. We would return in a heart beat.

Great central location with easy access to city central and major event venues (cultural and sporting). Generally well appointed and quiet with minimal road noise overnight. Downside was the bathroom. Shower was an issue, not flowing consistently and temperature fluctuations. One morning no hot water at all.

Really good place to stay in Christchurch for a decent price. I was surprised how good it was here. Had a warm welcome at the desk. Room was spacious and big comfy bed. About a 10 min walk into the city centre, super easy. Free parking at the property too. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great location. We had a good walk in the Central City. We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment and we found everything that we need. The place is clean. The bed is comfortable although some other furnitures are a bit dated. We stayed at the first floor so we had to take our luggage up the stairs. Check in is fast and easy. Overall a pleasant stay.
