"Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways. "

One thing I’d like to point out is that Lavalse had the room ready for us even before the check-in time which was so convenient after a 2.5hr long bullet train ride. Incredibly grateful for that and I understand it wouldn’t have been easy! Service was amazing and facilities were even better. "
